A mid-range kitchenware brand selling on Amazon US was struggling to break past ~$29K/month in revenue for their flagship 10” non-stick pan. Despite solid product quality and decent reviews, the listing underperformed due to weak conversion drivers and an undifferentiated ad funnel. Their goal was to scale profitably without heavy discounts or bundling gimmicks.

Our Steps / Phases to Solve the Issue
1. Visual Optimization with Direct-Response Tags
To increase click-through rate and stop the scroll, we enhanced the visual impact of the listing.
• Main image was updated with direct-value callouts
• Infographics were introduced to spotlight unique differentiators
2. Conversion Optimization Through Precision Targeting
We restructured the account with high-intent campaigns aimed at capturing conversions, not just clicks.
• Created single-keyword Sponsored Product campaigns targeting only the most relevant, high-converting search terms
• Launched competitor ASIN-targeted campaigns using product targeting ads directly on rival listings
• Applied Sponsored Display retargeting to bring back warm traffic that hadn’t converted on the first visit
3. Search Visibility Enhancement Through SEO
The listing wasn’t indexed for several high-relevance, low-competition terms that buyers were actually searching.
• Refreshed back-end search terms with customer language mined from reviews
• Rewrote titles and bullets to include phrases that needed to be indexed but were not
• Boosted keyword indexing across 20+ relevant long-tail queries within 3 weeks
Results
• Revenue: $29.1K → $60.4K/month in 60 days
• Conversion rate increased from 11.8% → 17.7%
• ACoS dropped by 43%
